Continuity of Leadership: The digital journey was initiated under former TMO Mr. Yaseen Khan, whose vision, mission and institutional support helped establish the TMA Matta website, new municipal identity and early digital-service programme. Following his transfer to Charsadda, Mr. Nadeem Khan continued and expanded the programme, carrying its foundation into the 2026–28 phase.
Enhanced Strategic Direction: Under our leadership, TMA Matta is advancing with enhanced strategic objectives. Our primary vision remains to deliver inspirational, easy online access to municipal services at every citizen's doorstep.
Phase-II Integration: We are now progressing to the second phase: integration with provincial systems including KPITB and 1-Bill KP platform, representing a significant step toward seamless inter-departmental service delivery.
